Request: Dynamic rule-based folders

It would be cool if we could also have folders that are not manually populated, but rather purely based on a set of criteria and are only automatically populated.

This would require that the criteria could be set more robustly, such as multiple categories. And they would auto-update after changing the criteria.

The use case that I'm envisioning here is when there's new roms/cores, they could be easily populated to such folders without having to do any manual work. But it's possible that I'm misunderstanding the intended workflow for when new stuff arrives to the repos..
