Remove left side padding from div.tablet:grid-col-9

Issue description

We have a total of 64px padding between the sidebar right side padding, the div.tablet:grid-col-9, and main-content grid container. This is too much. We could also use the real estate to better support the layout of our new and improved name servers and DS data pages.

Acceptance criteria

• Remove left side padding from div.tablet:grid-col-9 on domain management pages & request form in non-org and org model layouts

Additional context

I've specified that the padding come off the element I described above, but I leave it open to the developers to determine the best place to take off 16px. It could come off the main-content grid container as well or something else.
