Current Behavior

Re-running fixtures no longer create additional requests and domains

Expected Behavior

Re-running fixtures should create additional requests and domains

Steps to Reproduce

  1. docker up
  2. Run load to load fixtures
  3. Run load again. Fixture numbers for requests and domains do not increase

Environment

No response

Additional Context

This is due to (well commented) code introduced in the requests fixtures:
