10.3.1 App Is Testable - Test Account

Unfortunately, we can’t test the product because its primary functionality requires a test account, but no test credentials were provided and we can’t create a test account by following the process provided. Please resubmit the product and provide test account information in the Submission Options > Notes for Certification field. This issue may affect merchandisability.

10.8.3 Financial Transactions - Collection of Financial Information

Products that perform financial transactions or access financial accounts must be published from a company account type and you must provide authorization from the bank or exchange being used.

10.5.1 Personal Information - Privacy Policy

Because the product accesses personal information, a working link to a privacy policy must be provided. Include the privacy policy URL during app submission under the Properties section in the “Privacy Policy URL” field.
