Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the web version of Chatwoot, there is a global message search feature that allows users to search across all conversations from the main dialog list page. However, this functionality is missing in the mobile app. This makes it difficult to find specific messages without manually opening and searching each conversation, leading to inefficiency when managing a large number of chats.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the mobile app to have the same global message search feature as the web version. This would include:

  • A search bar on the main conversation list page that allows searching across all conversations.
  • The ability to see a list of matching messages with highlights of the search term.
  • A way to jump directly to the relevant conversation and message when selecting a search result.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, users can manually scroll through each conversation to find old messages, but this is time-consuming. Alternatively, it is possible to use the web version of Chatwoot in a mobile browser to access the global message search. However, this requires switching between the mobile app and a browser, which is inconvenient for mobile users.

Additional context
This feature would improve usability and maintain consistency between the web and mobile versions of Chatwoot.
