youtube: unstyled header on home page

Is there an existing issue outlining your problem?

• I am using the latest version of the provided userstyle.
• I have searched the existing issues and they do not solve my problem.

Describe your problem.

The header bar (seemingly div#content > div#frosted-glass, only on the home page) -with the logo, and search bar, user and setting links, and tags of the kind of content you watch- is no longer styled, instead showing a semi-transparent black background.

I am in NO YouTube Labs.
