EAT_CARRION monster special attack is not supported in BN

Describe the solution you'd like

Port the EAT_CARRION monster special attack from CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA#66294

Additional context

This is currently used by DinoMod and it's a nice little mechanic to make the game world feel alive and dynamic
