Will you plan to support xosc version 1.3?
ASAM OpenSCENARIO XML V1.3.0
Forexample "TrailerHitch" to be added to the VehicleCataloge.

Describe the solution you'd like
Replace the new OpenSCENARIO schema in scenario runner (https://github.com/carla-simulator/scenario_runner/blob/master/srunner/openscenario/OpenSCENARIO.xsd)
