We are now, for plucky+noble, going to start building:

plucky-preinstalled-server-riscv64+jh7110.img.xz

We will stop building the following images:

plucky-preinstalled-server-riscv64+milkvmars.img.xz
plucky-preinstalled-server-riscv64+visionfive2.img.xz

milkvmarks and visionfive2 are both jh7110 boards, and the riscv64+jh7110 image will cover both of these boards, thus no longer needing an image specific to both boards.

So, for plucky release, and noble .3 release, the risc-v templates for ubuntu.com/download need to be updated to reflect this.

I started trying to make the PR myself, but I think it's for the best I don't! :D

Obviously this doesn't have to be done super imminently, and can be done separately for plucky and noble .3
