ubuntu security CVE page is not working #14812

Summary

Could not search CVEs from unbutu security cve page, the search will return either 500 or 503 error.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

go to page https://ubuntu.com/security/cves,
search any CVE, eg: CVE-2024-9287
web page return 500 or 503 error.

Expected behavior

return CVE related information on different releases.
