What should we do?

Based on SUPPORT-26057, document the proxy configuration, including no_grpc_proxy env variable usage, on the troubleshooting website: https://docs.camunda.io/docs/components/modeler/desktop-modeler/troubleshooting/?os=macos
Use also the slack conversation: https://camunda.slack.com/archives/C08FYV57BV3/p1741964037417809

Why should we do it?

Enable users and tech support to fix proxy issues on their own.
