Describe the bug

When we have missing version tag binding and linked forms for a User task we display the same linting error

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a user task
2. Select form type ->camunda form
3. Do not link any form to it
4. We see the following lint error -> When we have missing version tag binding and linked forms for a User task we display the same linting error
5. Select binding -> Version tag
6. We see the same above lint error when version tag has not been mentioned as well

Expected behavior

Display specific lint error for missing form link and version tag binding for user tasks
