when plugging in an Anker, the voltage drops to 4.3V / 0.45A - consistent with the resistance being too high
when having one phone, connected with 4.6V/0.3A - and then pluggin in the Anker the voltage/amps stay the same
suggesting that the problem is between the power supply and the individual power socket (as opposed to between the powersupply and whatever input it has)
all ports on one side show approx the same results
might be a good idea to get a new USB-A male-to-female cable and try switching that to one of the ports
Fuck USB-b, the proven solution is to take high quality USB-a cable, cut it to length, peel the USB-b from the neutrik plug to expose the USB-a pins, solder the cable to the correct pins, test, plug to table, profit.
We should aquire a device for measuring current and voltage at our charger-ports and then debug, why they deliver so little power.
a device for this could be: http://www.mobilefun.de/45122-usb-stromspannung-messgeraet.htm?utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=comparison&utm_campaign=froogle&referer=PLA&gclid=Cj0KEQiArK6lBRC5-_jv48uxgrgBEiQAuxdZ9Wz5vmxutXjEFa6Ncv9nYDwx085IZ-gL4m-datw8GV0aAjUS8P8HAQ
or we can make one ourselfes by cutting up a usb-cable.
