Where are the mmcif files for the recentPDB set?

Hello,

I downloaded the release data for training, and the raw mmcif files for the PDB & pose busters are there along with their preprocessed versions. However, the raw mmcic files for the recentPDB set used in testing are not present. How can I access those files?

We are currently organizing the complete evaluation code into a standalone evaluation tool and plan to open-source this code along with the complete evaluation data and results soon. In the meantime, if you wish to access the CIF files of RecentPDB, you can filter the raw mmcif files of PDB dataset based on the date, resolution, and other criteria as described in the AlpahFold3 paper. The CIF files for RecentPDB and the training data are all from the same version (20240522).
