Android version: 6.0.1
Brave Version: 1.9.5.2

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but there may be legal issues.

When you first launch Brave, it automatically opens a welcome page. You can then click the address bar and browse to other pages.

Only when you close the tab it shows you the message "By continuing, you acknowledge that you accept the Brave terms and privacy policy."

I am able use the app for a long time without ever agreeing to that.
