I'm starting to badge my repos with it and found when trying to change badge colours no effect was taking place. I found out it works when using hexcodes but not colour words.
On shields.io I am used to specifying colours using a simple colour name instead of hex code, eg.:
Becomes a blue background on the label and a white background on the logo:
This looks nicer in terms of both readability and simplicity of not having to look up hex codes and also the shields simple colours are really nice too and worth copying IMO.
blue is simpler than #2081C2
So this ticket is a feature request to add that simplified colour usage for the color parameters for scc badges.
