하위 태스크

  • 사용자가 서비스에 첫 접근 시 about페이지를 보여준다.
  • about페이지에서 메인페이지로 접근 시 스크롤을 최상단으로 올린다.
  • 메인페이지에서 새로고침시 스크롤을 최상단으로 올린다.

인수조건

  • 사용자가 서비스에 첫 접근 시 localStore에 flag를 저장한다.
  • 메인페이지를 불러올때 페이지 최상단으로 스크롤이 올라간다.
