[feature request] open options-tab if PWA never used before (or cache cleared)

Users don't know new Options exist.

if PWA was never used before (no options file cached), then open options-tab at first visit (first ever page-load).

maybe useless idea 🤷

• Do you intent to set some defaults ? Some options are set to a preferred default
• Adding gear icon ?

• i was looking at code, there seems to be no "if local-storage-exists" block , so my idea seems not applicable as it sits.
• gear icon not needed.
