The suggested place for livewire component files after upgrading to v3 is app/livewire without the http. This extension fails to support that or provide any configuration to adapt to that scenario.

The extension is version 3 compatible. I have had some issue with upgrading projects from v2 to v3 and things didn't work until I restarted VS Code and cleared some cache. Not sure what causes the issue, but it was only temporary. I use it daily on V3 projects.
