I have been unable to access my SageMaker Studio Lab account due to an error message stating:
"You can't use the project runtime because your account is associated with activity that may have violated our Service Terms."
I reached out to AWS support over a month ago, and my issue was escalated by Michele. However, despite following up multiple times, I have received no response for 35 days.
Additionally, I tried to reset my password, but I did not receive the reset email. This has completely locked me out of my account, making it impossible to continue using the service.
This lack of response is highly concerning. If there are any AWS engineers or moderators here, please escalate this issue properly and let me know how I can get my account reinstated.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? What alternative support channels should I try?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
