Prompt Input issue after update. Removing Input on Up Arrow.

Description
Up Arrow with text on the chat input is deleting the inputted text and moving to previous in history. If any, otherwise only removes the prompt.
Down Arrow don't recover the typed prompt.

This became a very poor experience when working with multiple lines in the prompt or using /dev

To reproduce

1. Open Amazon Q inside the IDE
2. Type anything on the prompt
3. Press UP Arrow in the keyboard
4. Voala. Typed Prompt is gone.

Expected behavior
Arrows behaving like a navigation shortcut moving the cursor to the line above.

This was fixed in a release a while ago, cannot reproduce it anymore either so closing this.
