Add lab for EKS Auto Mode

Please include a section called cluster maintenance and operations that shows the differences of fargate and aws managed control plane and eks-auto-mode.

Why is this needed?

eks-auto-mode is a useful feature that reduces maintenance overhead, learning about it can be helpful.
