A component to deploy and run AWS X-Ray daemon on all supported platforms and architectures

Use Case
Customers wanting to leverage X-Ray instrumentation to trace their components via AWS X-Ray can use this component to deploy and run the daemon. They can then use X-Ray SDKs to instrument their code.

Additional context
Customers have asked for observability of Greengrass component. This component makes it easier to use AWS X-Ray for tracing.
