New branch added for forum

  • create express app
  • add /users route
  • attach getMe and updateMe controllers (dummy)
  • create user model
  • connect user model to controllers

MongoDB URI එක .env file එකට දැම්මා. hard code කරන එක අවුල්. .env.example file එක බලන්න.
