If you are able to share some details about your use-case, I can give some advice on what options you have. If you have some issue that is keeping you on babel there may be ways around it (and this plugin could be one of them). One thing to note is that tailwind 4 support is unlikely any time soon. stailwc works and covers a pretty huge chunk of tailwind right now, but because this plugin entirely avoids js, I have had to reimplement all the tailwind directives in rust and, while they are fairly easy to write / update, there are probably plenty of changes in 4.0 that I will need to reimplement. |

It’s a shame that I didn’t find this project before.
I have been looking for a way to escape Babel for quite some time, and until I found this, I thought there was no hope.
Are you actively working on the project?
I’m asking because it’s been almost a year without activity, and now that Tailwind 4.0 is out, there is even more incentive to try to move away from Babel and find more efficient tools.
