непонятная ошибка

Привет!

Попробовала использовать сервис keybr.com. Проблема в том, что сервис регулярно выдает ошибку. Буквально каждые 2-3 урока. Иногда чаще. Что она означает? Что я могу сделать, чтобы она не мешала?
