[Bug] 在堆叠柱状图的barMinHeight设置后有高度但是不会占据实际空间，会和其他堆叠柱状图重叠

Current Behavior

堆叠柱状图设置barMinHeight后 不占据实际高度，会和其他bar重叠，在5.2.2版本可以， 之后的版本都不行

Expected Behavior

设置的minHeight会占据实际位置，不会和其他bar重叠
