连线工具的segments 添加鼠标交互事件

问题描述

在节点之间创建连线成功后，我使用了自定义的连线路由算法，同时需要支持线端可拖拽功能，使用了segments发现没有鼠标交互事件，无法判断线条的拖拽与节点的位置变化的区别，导致都会使用自定义的路由算法，进而导致拖拽失效
