Description of the problem

The newly introduced 6GB VRAM limit causes huge problems for a lot of players.

When there are MLOs and a bunch of modded vehicles and players in one area, the map starts loading very slowly and finally disappears, peds are invisible, cars are invisible.
This started with the new update "16.3.3" on release branch introducing "Limit VRAM usage by 6GB".

This is not due to unoptimized MLOs, vehicles, clothes or anything else, this just started happening with the update and we have already put a lot of time and effort into optimizing used assets.
It also happens when there are just lots of players and modded vehicles in an area as you can see in the attached videos and screenshots below.

Please remove the VRAM limit change, make it an adjustable option for the users to choose for themselves or find another fix because this causes servers to be nearly unplayable.

Side note for everyone with the same problem: A temporary fix is to lower the graphic settings so much that is looks like potato minecraft.

Reproduction steps

The higher the graphic settings, the earlier this problem occurs and the worse it gets.
Graphic mods like LA Roads, NVE and QuantV worsen the problem but it also happens on higher graphic setting without any additional graphic mods!

Expected behaviour

Map, players and vehicles shouldn't disappear in crowded areas like before the VRAM limit.

I wonder what was the reasoning behind introducing this limit?
It's not like cards from 2015 don't have 8GB VRAM. (Titan X from 2015 has 12GB, 1070 from 2016 has 8GB)

Even with bone stock GTA V but on high resolution it might introduce issues - 4K, max settings, high player density area should lead to >6GB VRAM usage.

It also occurs on an empty server with no mod content after being in the game for a longer time.
