I think it's a false positive.
LIII is also mirrored and scanned on SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/liii/
I've also rechecked the latest binaries on VirusTotal and they are all green there.

I've just checked on VirusTotal too. Agree, all green.
Funny thing "Avast-Mobile" says its ok, but Avast pc no.
