I don't know why clicking on the hyperlink does not work right now. Can you try to use the following link in your browser?

i am not able to extract the file. Error while extracting the tar file. getting error "Can not open the archive as the archive is not archive"

It should not be extracted, but rather used as it is. Please see the pytracking/parameter/segm/default_segm.py, where the SegmNet.pth.tar is linked.

I can't download it either, the browser returned '404 page not found', any help ? very appreciate
