Acceptance Criteria

  • Reopen Issue:
    • Students can reopen a previously closed issue.
  • Comment Requirement:
    • When reopening an issue, students are prompted to add a comment explaining why the issue is being reopened.
  • Admin Visibility:
    • Admins receive a notification or indication when an issue is reopened, ensuring visibility and prompt response.
