Replace ContiguousView with StridedView

Some operations might cause a StridedView to become contiguous. It might not be possible to track in advance at compile time whether this is the case and therefore we cannot switch between Strided and Contiguous view. Since StridedView covers a superset of all views possible with StridedView, we can replace ContiguousView with a StridedView and have a runtime check for contiguity when necessary
