Also noting that https://ci.adoptium.net/job/dependency_pipeline/1464/ does not seem to have passed since November 7th.

The temurin-sbom phase has also been failing in addition to jtreg although that is likely to be fixed by adoptium/ci-jenkins-pipelines#1191
