Investigate sidekick experience while in using mobile view in dev tools

Some customers have reported strange behaviour such as the sidekick getting into an infinite reload loop when the dev tools are open in mobile view. I wasn't able to reproduce but I can see how this might be possible given this was an issue at one point when building the dynamic collapse and expand feature.
