Expected Behaviour

Date and time is localized in spreadsheet preview

Actual Behaviour

Date and time is has ENU format in spreadsheet preview when browser locale is different

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install extension
  2. Add project to extension
  3. Create spreadsheet file and edit it
  4. Add 'date' column and fill it with dates (dd-mm-yyyy format for Google Drive, mm/dd/yyyy format for Sharepoint)
  5. Preview spreadsheet

Chrome 131.0.6778.86
