The UI_CONFIG specified in Qleverfile.osm-country is osm which is invalid. The backend osm does not exist. The management command configure only changes existing backends, but does not create new ones.

  • Change the value of UI_CONFIG to something that exists or leave it blank (-> default)
  • Create the backend in the default database
