When installing yubico-piv-tool 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 the dlls are missing and there is a .lib file. This seems to be an ar archive. Moving this over to linux and trying to extract fails. There are maybe 27 files named libykcss11.dll in it. Each of them seem to be some sort of weird file that isn't a dll.
