Automate generation of CLI usage

I think what you're referring to is sphinx-argparse.

This looks kind of ugly... is there an easy way to change that?

I mainly don't like the fact that I have to scroll over to view the entire usage. I want it to insert line breaks where appropriate.

Looks like we will need to add a custom stylesheet to make it look pretty.
