Silent Installation without any windows possible?

Hi,
I want to do a silent installation of WinMerge. I tried different setup arguments but still some windows (powershell consoles) show up during installation.

This is what I have tried :
WinMerge-2.16.46-x64-Setup.exe /VERYSILENT /SP /NORESTART /LOG="myLog.log"

Is there a way to do a completely silent installation without any UI showing up?

The window will appear for a moment to register the shell extension. I don't think there is a workaround for this at the moment.

I do not need the context menu entries, so I guess registering to the shell extension is not necessary for my scenario. Are there WinMerge specific arguments?

Perhaps you can prevent the installation of Shell Extension by specifying /TASKS="!ShellExtension", but for now, the WinMerge installer always runs Powershell regardless of this option, so it seems that this option cannot be used to avoid it...
