The CSS Spec is done.

As Alan Stearns points out in w3c/csswg-drafts#8730, there's still an open discussion.

There currently seems to be no way in WebKit to have an exit animation on a dialog with a backdrop that also uses @starting-style. There is this codepen that uses transition: overlay 1s allow-discrete, but that only works in Chromium (https://codepen.io/argyleink/pen/zYbQBOm?editors=1100).

@jpzwarte The place to file a WebKit bug is https://bugs.webkit.org/.

There's already a bug open for it: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=276727
