Hi
I have been using WallPanel for some time now on an old Lenovo A5500H tablet without any issues. however for some reason it now will not show any text or icons, just the tiles. It doesn't matter what skin I use the data just isn't there. The screenshot below says it all really. however if i browse directly to the hadashboard it works correctly. it is also ok on the laptop and on my much newer samsung phone. So i am guessing the age/version of the tablet is possibly the issue. I have also tried 'Fully' as an alternative and also have the same problem.
Thanks for any help

hi again,
I have now wiped the tablet and set it back up from scratch, and still I have the same problem. could an update of the tablet have caused the issue.
Thanks
ok, so it looks like it is down to an update on the tablet. unfortunately the tablet is now running android 4.4 and i think it needs to be at least android 5, but i cant find a simple way of downgrading to 4.2 or upgrading to 5 or 6, all instructions are in russian. is there an alternative to wallpanel that will work with this version of android. it seems crazy to have to buy a new tablet to view a single dashboard.
I'm having the same issue. I've tried clearing cache/data, uninstall/reinstall, of course rebooting device etc...still retrieves dashboard layout but the tiles are blank and inactive. I can hit the dashboard with a browser on the same device and it shows fine. Samsung tablet with Android 4.4 Thanks in advance.
