Encoder Network doesn't working well

I'm trying to upload an mp4 video but the uploading doesn't start, I tried everything but it still doesn't work.
No error logs are generated and no errors appear on the screen.

Make sure your network and your AVideo use a valid ssl (HTTPS)

I can see the icons are not loaded, probably a browser security block, check your js/network console.
