Sound effect config will be lost as changing language

Reproduce Steps:

1. Set the sound effect config in ViperFx casually;
2. Open a music player and play a music;
3. Change the language to different one in system settings app while playing music (Mine is change into Chinese from English);
4. Waiting for some seconds (or change the music you play and wait) , the config you set in step 1 will be lost temporarily (it shows inactived and all sound effect settings turns back to disabled by default). At the same time, ViperFx will show Unknown Connected in the notification. After rebooting system, config will be back. You will lose all the config set in step 1 once you reset the config without rebooting.

I found this bug because I switch the language as taking screenshots, sound effect in ViperFx stopped working after changing language.
It is not a important advice but I think maybe support Android 13+ built-in per-app language preferences is a good idea, at least you can try to fix this issue which only happened in changing language by far :)
