  • The site fetches dynamically fetches a list of Meetups from Meetup.com

I think we should update the scope of this tickets to meetups from the Meetups website only (and have other tickets for other sources).

Considering we now have a script to generate the JSON data, I think we could update it to fetch data from the meetup API, using the list of Meetups we have on the Find a Meetup page (only meetup website ones).

This will involve:

  • Have a list of meetups groups in a JSON, could potentially be used on the Find a meetup page to not repeat data
  • Update generate a script to fetch all meetups from a group using the list from the previous point
