Refinitiv real-time trading capabilities

Currently, our Eikon Revinitif user account does not have any capacity to do any paper trading or actual trading. Backtesting over particular assets is possible through modules in Python after the financial data is collected through API. The Eikon Refinitiv account provides massive financial data (including news) and various monitoring tools for supporting trading decisions(Equity, FX, Commodities, Cryptocurrency (BTC)).

There are over 300 products, and Eikon Refinitiv is only one of them, as shown on their web.

The two training videos from Business School department are about gaining financial data trough API and Excell. No information about using it on real-time trading or paper trading. There are possible products to access that kind capabilities, but could not find any complete or strong information on the web or youtube.

1. Gain information directly from Refinitif through customer support, whether Refinitiv provides products to do Paper or real-time trading (Equity, FX, Commodities, Cryptocurrency), and if so, what products are needed.
2. Other thing to ask: Refinitiv APIs were limited to only downloading the last 15 months of news. Need to find out if there is any other way to gather the news history database to its maximum records. The Revinitif Workspace app is able to show the last 22 years' news but does not provide any features to download it. This API limitation is their policy as stated in https://developers.lseg.com/en/api-catalog/eikon/eikon-data-api/documentation

Regarding this, I have contacted their support centre to get the correct information about a list of product requirements for conducting real-time or paper trading and how to get more news historical data.
