Registration box size cannot be increased

When loading a raw file, the reg box size is set to a max that is not what we want. It seems that it is reading the whole image size from the resampled data

This happens when the image visualised on the viewer has not enough Gb and then it downsamples the z axis too. There is not enough data for the registration box size
