能否增加微信官方机器人协议 #135

现在微信有官方机器人，而且对话api获取审核基本秒过
comwechat不仅需要一个独立开一个微信pc，为了包正微信不掉线还得挂个模拟器开手机微信
所以能否支持微信官方api
