DiscordGamePicker I uave no clue if this still works, i havent touched it in ages.

To use:

Download Binaries.zip from the releases page

Extract Binaries.zip
Run Discord Game Chooser.exe
Enter what game you wan to spoof and press change
- Note, you might have to go to Discord --> User Settings --> Activity Status and select the game after pressing the change button
