[BUG/Help] <title> Why when I run web_demo it says Could not find module 'nvcuda.dll' (or one of its dependencies). Try using the full path with constructor syntax. #1504

Current Behavior

I already have cuda tools installed.

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

I tried to run the web_demo.py after following the instructions.

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Python: 3.11
- Transformers: latest
- PyTorch: latest version
- CUDA Support (`python -c "import torch; print(torch.cuda.is_available())"`) :

Anything else?
